MEATBALLS: 1 1/2 lbs hamburger 1 lb ground pork Parmesan Cheese 1/3 cup uncooked long grain rice Bread cubes - 2 slicees of bread torn into small pieces. 2 eggs
Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Make meatballs about 1 !/2 in. round. Microwave to remove grease about 5-8 min.
BROTH: 2 cans tomato sauce 3 (or more) tbsp. Chicken soup base. ( I buy it at Costco) 1/2 tsp Oregano Salt, Pepper, Onion salt, Garlic salt 3 stalks of celery 10 carrots 8 potatos Zuchinni (about 8 to 10 small ones - sliced) 1 lg. can stewed tomatos 1 green bell pepper (cut in sml pieces) 1 1/2 onion (chopped) 1/2 tsp (or more) Chili powder 3 qts of water.
Combine all ingredients in larg soup pot. Add Meatballs and simmer for about 3 hours.
