1 instant cornbread mix (baked till just done) 1 can cream corn 1 can whole niblet corn (juice too) 1 hajalpeno pepper diced 1 small chopped onion 1 stick margarine 1 egg put hot cornbread in a large bowl , add the butter and stir till melted, then add the rest. cook 30 minutes or till lightly brown at 424 degrees. serve hot, yummmmmm
