Preparation: 1. Coat the bottom of a non-stick pan with 1 drop of oil, spread with a paper towel. Brown the finely chopped shallots. 2. Add the egg yolk, vegetable bouillon, wine, salt and pepper. Stir and simmer in a double boiler. 3. Mix flour with a small amount of water before adding to the sauce. 4. Continue to stir and simmer until the sauce is smooth and creamy. 5. Pour over grilled or roasted red meats.
