If you're not wild about mayo, here's a substitute you'll love. Jazz it up with your favorite herbs. Mustard Sauce
Ingredients:
2 egg yolks
1 tablespoon mustard
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 cup skim milk
Tarragon, basil, parsley, or chives to taste
Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation: 1 - Mix all ingredients; stir in a double boiler (about 5 minutes), let cool. 2 - Serve this sauce as a substitute for mayonnaise or as an herb sauce by adding different herbs.
