1/2 pound Old English cheese, grated 1/2 pound butter 1 cup pecans, finely chopped 1 teaspoon red pepper 1 teaspoon salt 2-1/2 cups sifted flour
TO PREPARE:
Blend cheese and butter thoroughly. Add remaining ingredients. Make four rolls about 8 inches long. Wrap in wax paper or foil. Place in refrigerator overnight, or until ready to bake. Slice 1/8 inch thick and place on lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees until lightly browned, about 20 minutes.
