Two Minute Coffee Mousse

Two Minute Coffee Mousse




1 cup strong coffee
24 regular size marshmallows
1/2 pt. whipping cream, whipped


Dissolve cut up marshmallows in hot coffee. Fold in whipped cream. Pour into serving dishes.


Chill until firm.


Serves 6


(Even people who don't like coffee love this one.)
