put the wing sections in a baking dish sprinkle with garlic powder- onion powder and black pepper(use garlic powder and onion powder instead of garlic salt or onion salt to take out a LOT of salt) after seasoning both sides of the wings shake a good coating of low sodium soysauce and let set for about 10 minutes. bake at 350 degree's for about 1 hour. take out and serve with rice
