Ingredients: 1/3 cup butter, melted 2 garlic cloves, minced 1 tsp garlic powder 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese 2 Tbs shredded parmesan cheese dash of pepper 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
Cooking Instructions: 1. Combine first 4 ingredients in a pie plate or shallow bowl.This will be bowl "A". 2. Combine the next 4 ingredients in a seperate bowl. This will be bowl "B". 3. Dip chicken in bowl A and then in bowl B to coat. Place chicken in a greased 13x9x2 pan. Sprinkle the remainder of bowl B over the chicken. Cover tightly with aluminum foil. 4. Bake @ 350 for 50 minutes, or until juices run clear.
Serving Suggestions: Serve with white rice and a steamed veggie. Enjoy!
