We love this one too! We've had it with AngelHair Pasta, ramen noodles and last night I made it with rice ... it's good no matter what you put with it! Chicken Scampi
2 tbsp. butter 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves 1 can (10 3/4 oz.) Campbell'sŪ Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup OR 98% Fat Free Cream of Chicken Soup 1/4 cup water 2 tsp. lemon juice 2 cloves garlic, minced OR 1/2 tsp. garlic powder Hot cooked pasta
Directions: HEAT butter in skillet. Cook chicken 10 min. or until browned.
ADD soup, water, lemon juice and garlic. Heat to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat 5 min. or until done. Serve with pasta.
TIP: Serve with steamed broccoli, cauliflower and carrots. For dessert serve fresh peaches.
