1-8 oz package egg noodles 1 can tuna packed in water & drained 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1- 4 oz can mushroom pieces, drained Salt and pepper to taste 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
Directions:
Cook egg noodles as directed. While noodles are cooking combine the remaining ingredients into a 4-quart casserole dish. Save the Parmesan cheese for topping. When noodles are done cooking, drain and mix into the casserole dish coating all noodles. Top with the Parmesan cheese. Bake in a 350° F for 15-18 minutes. Remove from oven and let stand 3 minutes before serving. Serves 4-6
