10oz Italian sausage - chopped up 1 can evaporated milk -like Milnot 1 can water (use can from evaporated milk) 1 can creamed corn 4-6 large potatos - peeled and chopped into bite size pieces 1 small onion - chopped finely 1-2 stalks celery - chopped finely salt & pepper to taste
cook on low until potatos are soft aprox 3-4 hrs depending on your crockpot! You can double all ingreds for a big pot of soup -very good on a cold day !
