DIRECTIONS: Preheat oven to 425º.
In large bowl, with wire whisk, thoroughly combine all ingredients except pie shell. Pour into pie shell.
Bake 15 minutes. Decrease oven to 375º and continue baking 45 minutes or until knife inserted 1-inch from edge comes out clean. On wire rack, cool completely.
