1 cup sour cream 1/2 cup ricotta cheese 3 oz cream cheese 3 cups cooked chicken, chopped 3 cups cooked rice 1 1/2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese 4 oz diced green chilies 15 oz can chopped tomatoes 15 oz can black beans (drained) 1/2 tsp. garlic salt 1 cup crushed tortilla chips
Mix together the sour cream, ricotta cheese, and cream cheese. Add everything else except the tortilla chips and blend together. Pour into ungreased shallow 9"x13" pan. Top with tortilla chips. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
