Saute 1 chopped onion and 1 lb. lean hamburger (you can add a little HEALTHY OIL if you need it!)
When burger is browned, add:
1 quart (32 oz.) tomotoes (I blend them in the blender) 4 carrots sliced 6 cups water 2 beef boullion cubes 15 oz can tomato sauce 1/2 tsp. basil 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 1 tsp oregano 2 Tbsp. parsley dash garlic powder
Bring to a boil, then simmer 20 mins to soften carrots.
Add : 16 oz. can garbanzo beans (drained) 16 oz. can green beans (drained) 16 oz. can kidney beans (drained) 1 1/4 cup pasta of your choice (I used WW penne tonight)
Bring to a boil and boil gently for 10-15 mins until pasta is done.
