Cheese and Fruit Kebabs

snacks | Whip up these tasty snack kebabs in minutes. They're a perfect way to satisfy your midday munchies.





Ingredients


6 cheese Laughing Cow, The Light Original (Mini Babybel Light)
1 cup pineapple, diced
1 cup apple(s), diced
1 cup grapes, red or green, seedless





Instructions



  1. Cut each cheese in half to yield 12 pieces.


  2. Alternate pieces of cheese with fruit on each of four 8- to 10-inch wooden skewers.


  3. Serve kebabs with low-fat poppyseed dressing on the side if desired (make sure to account for any extra POINTS values). Yields 1 kebab per serving.






Notes

Feel free to substitute fresh plum, peach or mango chunks for the pineapple, apple and grapes. Or substitute 1 cup of smoked turkey or lean ham chunks for 1 cup of the fruit (may affect POINTS values). Good flavor combos include smoked turkey, pear and gouda, and ham, pineapple and cheddar.
