2 cups Pepsi (don't use diet!) 2 cups apple cider vinegar 1 tbsp Lowrey's seasoned salt 1 tbsp garlic powder 1 tbsp black pepper 1 tbsp brown sugar 4-5 lbs country-style pork ribs
Mix all but the ribs in a large pan (Dutch oven) on the stovetop. Bring to a boil. Add the ribs, making sure the liquid covers. Boil approximately 45 minutes or until the liquid caramelizes on the ribs and they are tender. Serve immediately or cool and reheat on the grill later.
