4 oz cream cheese, softened; 2 tablespoons powdered sugar; 1/4 tsp Vanilla; 1/2 cup melted chocolate chips; 8 oz whipped topping, divided; toppings of your choice (fruit or candy).
Preparation:
In large bowl, combine cream cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla; whisk until smooth. stir melted chocolate into cream cheese mixture. Mix until smooth. Immediately fold in half the whipped topping until smooth. Fold in remaning topping.
Use a cake decorator to pipe the mousse into prepared pastry shells, cookie bowls, or just regular bowls. Top as desired.
Tip: If serving for a party, try using a sliced fruit such as a strawberry and fan out to use as a nice decoration on the top of the dessert.
