Sauté ½ cup chopped onion in 2 tablespoons butter until tender. Add 2 tablespoons flour and salt to taste. Mix and then add ½ cup sour cream—do not boil. Stir in 1 can green beans (drained). Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes. Top with crushed cereal, crackers or bread crumbs during last 5 minutes or top with French fried onions
