3/4 cup mayonnaise 3 tablespoons honey 3 tablespoons prepared mustard 1 tablespoon lemon juice Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
1. Combine ingredients in small bowl and whisk together until blended well. 2. Keep refrigerated.
Makes about 1 1/4 cups.
Honey-Mustard Dressing II
1/4 cup vinegar 1 cup mayonnaise 1 teaspoon prepared mustard 1 tablespoon sugar 1/4 cup chopped onion 1/2 cup honey 1 teaspoon minced parsley Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste 1/2 cup vegetable oil
1. Combine all ingredients in blender, except oil, processing until smooth. While blender is running, slowly add oil until well blended. 2. Store in refrigerator.
