3/4 cup barbecue sauce 4 1/2-inch-thick turkey-breast steaks or sliced turkey breasts (4 - 6 oz. each) 1/2 Tsp salt 1/4 Tsp freshly ground black pepper 1 small pineapple, cored and cut into 8 spears
Heat grill. Place 1/4 cup barbecue sauce in small bowl; set aside. Reserve for pineapple spears. Sprinkle both sides of turkey steaks with salt and pepper. Brush tops with 1/4 cup barbecue sauce. Arrange steaks, sauce side down, on grill. Grill over medium-hot* heat 4 to 5 minutes. Brush other sides with another 1/4 cup sauce. Turn and grill 4 to 5 minutes more or until cooked through. Meanwhile, grill pineapple spears 3 minutes. Turn spears; brush with reserved 1/4 cup barbecue sauce and grill 3 minutes more or until heated through. Arange turkey steaks and pineapple on serving platter. Serves 4
