2 (20-ounce) packages frozen whole kernel corn 1 cup whipping cream 1 cup milk 2 Tablespoons sugar 1 teaspoon salt 1/8 teaspoon white or cayenne pepper 1/4 teaspoon MSG 6 Tablespoons margarine, melted 2 Tablespoons flour
TO PREPARE:
Combine the corn, whipping cream, milk, sugar, salt, white pepper and MSG in a 4-quart saucepan and mix well. Bring to a boil; reduce heat. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Combine the margarine and flour in a bowl and mix until smooth. Add to the corn mixture, stirring constantly. Cook just until heated through and slightly thickened, stirring frequently.
