Ingredients 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter or margarine, melted 1 cup oats 1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar 1/2 cup unsifted flour 1/2 cup finely chopped nuts 1/4 teaspoon baking soda 2 tablespoons butter or margarine 1 (14-ounce) can EAGLE BRAND®® Sweetened Condensed Milk (NOT evaporated milk) 1 tablespoon coffee-flavored liqueur or 2 teaspoons instant coffee 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 cup (6-ounces) semi-sweet chocolate chips Instructions Preheat oven to 350º. Combine 1/2 cup melted butter, oats, sugar, flour, nuts and baking soda. Press firmly on bottom of greased 13x9-inch baking pan; bake 10 to 15 minutes or until lightly browned. Meanwhile, in medium saucepan, over medium heat, melt 2 tablespoons butter; add EAGLE BRAND, liqueur and vanilla. Cook and stir until mixture thickens, about 15 minutes. Pour over crust; bake 10 to 15 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven; immediately sprinkle chips on top. Let stand 1 minute; spread chocolate while warm. Cool thoroughly. Cut into bars. Garnish as desired. Store covered at room temperature.
