Sammy Bars (Chocolate and Peanut Butter)

*I came up with this recipe today, having to modify some of the other bar cookie recipes I've found. My son Sam doesn't like nuts or coconut...but he loved this! Easy, only 10 minutes of prep time. Hope you try it! Colette

SAMMY BARS

1 wax packet of graham crackers, crushed (about 1 2/3) cups
1 stick butter or margarine (I used butter)
1 can sweetened concensed milk NOT EVAPORATED MILK
1 package semi sweet chocolate chips
2/3 cup white chocolate chips
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter

Crush graham crackers in a ziplock bag, using a rolling pin. Pour crumbs into a small mixing bowl. Add melted butter and combine well. Press crumb mixture into the bottom of a 13x9x2" abaking dish (line with foil for easy cutting and clean up). In same small mixing bowl, combine peanut butter and condensed milk. Mix well...pour over crumbs and gently spread to the sides. Tope with chocolate chips and then white chocolate chips. Press chips down firmly.

Bake in a 350*F oven (for metal pan) 325*F oven for glass pan., for 20-25 minutes or until it looks done and chips are melted.

Cool completely. Remove foil and cut into squares with a very sharp knife. Store in a covered, airtight container at room temperature. Enjoy!

Makes approx 36 bars.
