Ingredients:* 2 c. sugar* 1/4 c. oil* 2 t. soda* 2 t. salt* 2 eggs* 2 c. sifted flour* 1 can (20 oz.) crushed pineapple
Mix together and pour into a 9x13 pan. Bake 40-45 minutes at 350 degrees.
Topping:* 2/3 c. Carnation milk* 1 stick margarine* 1 c. sugar
Boil 10 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and stir in:* 1 c. chopped nuts* 1 c. coconutPour over cake when cooled.
