1) Sprinkle 1/2 CUP Grape Nuts cereal evenly on the bottom of a 8 inch round cake pan. 2) Combine reamining 1/4 CUP Grape Nuts cereal with ice cream, pudding mix (dry mix), and peanut butter in a bowl. 3) Fold in 1 CUP whipped topping. 4) Spoon mixture into pan, cover & freeze 2 hours. Let stand at room temperature 15 mins before serving.
