Ingredients 1 1/2 cups unsifted flour 1/2 cup confectioners sugar 3/4 cup cold butter or margarine 1 tablespoon cornstarch 3 to 4 tablespoons Amaretto liqueur 1 (14-ounce) can EAGLE BRAND®® Sweetened Condensed Milk (NOT evaporated milk) 1 cup (6-ounces) semi-sweet chocolate chips 1 (3 1/2-ounce) can flaked coconut (1 1/3 cups) 1/2 cup sliced almonds Instructions Preheat oven to 350° (325° for glass dish). Combine flour and sugar; cut in butter until crumbly. Press firmly on bottom of greased 13x9-inch baking pan. Bake 20 minutes. Meanwhile, dissolve cornstarch in Amaretto; stir in EAGLE BRAND. Pour evenly over prepared crust. Top with chips, coconut then almonds; press down firmly. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown. Cool. Chill if desired. Cut into bars. Store tightly covered.
