MEDETERRANEAN SEASONING BLEND

Good for Chicken or Fish

Combine:

2 TBSP salt
1 TBSP dried oregano
1 TBSP dried basil
2 tsp each dried sage and lemon pepper seasoning
1 tsp dried thyme
1 tsp dried mustard powder
1/2 tsp dried minced onion
1/2 tsp garlic powder

To use: rub 1 tsp olive oil and 2 TBSP mixture over each pound of raw meat. Store ;remaining mixture in airtight jar or snack size ziplock bag. Stays fresh for 6 months.
