Peach Cobbler


1 cup Original Bisquick® mix
1 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted
1 cup sugar
1 can (29 ounces) sliced peach, drained


1.  Heat oven to 375ºF.


2.  Stir together Bisquick mix, milk and nutmeg in ungreased square baking dish, 8x8x2 inches. Stir in butter until blended. Stir together sugar and peaches; spoon over batter. 3.  Bake 50 to 60 minutes or until golden.
High Altitude (3500-6500 ft)

Heat oven to 400ºF. Use 1/3 cup butter and 1/2 cup sugar (2/3 cup butter and 1 cup sugar for double recipe). Bake 45 to 50 minutes.
