INDIVIDUAL CREAM CHEESE CAKES
1 lb. cream cheese3/4 cup sugar1 tsp. vanilla2 eggs
Cream sugar & cheese. Then add vanilla & eggs. Put a vanilla wafer cookie into the bottom of a cupcake tin. Fill halfway with cream cheese mixture. Bake 350 for 10-12 minutes.
Chill and add toppings.
(told you it was quick and easy!)
I usually get a can of the blueberry pie filling and another can of cherry pie filling and alternate toppings. But you can use whatever you like.
