4 beef steaks 1/4 cup olive oil 2 T. fresh lime juice 1 T. chili powder 1 T. garlic powder 1 T. ground cumin 2 cups thick and chunky salsa 1 cup canned black beans (rinsed and drained) 2 T. chopped red onion 3 T. chopped fresh cilantro
Marinate steaks with 1 T. lime juice and olive oil for 10 minutes. Pat steaks dry, then rub with chili powder, garlic powder and cumin. Season with salt and pepper.
Grill steaks on lightly oiled grill rack, turning once, 6-10 minutes total for medium-rare.
In bowl, combine salsa, beans, onion, cilantro and remaining lime juice. Chill. Spoon salso over steaks to serve.
