Orange-Juiced Pork Chops
1 (6 oz) can frozen orange juice, undiluted1/2 cup brown sugar, packed1 tsp. soy sauce2 T. cornstarch1/2 tsp. garlic powder6 1-inch thick boneless, center cut pork chops
Combine all ingredients, except the meat, in crock. Stir well. Add the meat and stir well to coat.
Cover and cook: Low for 6-8 hours OR High for 3-4 hours.
Makes 6 servings.
