I wanted to take this opportunity to welcome all the new cooks in Colette and Cassi's Country Kitchen! Normally I try to make a thread welcoming each new cook individually, but I've been on vacation for the past 3 weeks and preparing for my vacation prior to that. And ya'll signed up soooo fast! LOL  We've had over 30 new cooks join our lil kitchen on the web in the past month!

I hope you will all enjoy your time here, snagging recipes and sharing some of your favorites! If you try a recipe that is posted here, we'd really appreciate you taking the time to post a review for it here in the reviews thread so we will know whether or not to try it!

Check out the What's New Section! Colette tries to post something there on a weekly basis.

I won't write a book here, but  I do hope you'll pull up a chair at the kitchen table and swap recipes with us!

I look forward to getting to know each of you and trying some of your recipes!
