This would be great with cherries or peaches too...very versatile.
BLUEBERRY DELIGHT
Ingredients Crust * 1 cup graham cracker crumbs * 1 stick margarine or butter * 1/2 cup sugar Filling * 2 eggs * 1/2 cup sugar * 8 oz. cream cheese * 1 Tbsp. lemon juice * 1 can blueberry pie filling * Whipped cream (optional)
Directions 1. To make the crust, mix the margarine, sugar and crumbs and put into a 13x9 dish. Filling 1. Beat eggs, sugar and cream cheese. 2. Put this mixture on top of the crumbs and bake 20 minutes at 350°. 3. Cool and add whipped cream on top, if desired. 4. Chill
