Oh My Goodness! These are just the best biscuits I have ever made. I'm usually biscuit challenged, but these baked up so high and flakey that the whole family loved them. No more refrigerator biscuits for us.
The cream makes the biscuits sweet and tender...and I like that I don't have to sit there and try to get the shortning to incorporate into the flour...cause their ain't no shortning...it uses the butterfat in the sweet cream.
