2 teaspoons butter or margarine * 1/3 cup diced red onions * 4 cups sliced mushrooms * 1/2 cup KC Masterpiece® Cool Ranch BBQ Dip & Top™ Sauce * 4 cooked hamburgers * 4 hamburger buns
In a non-stick skillet, sauté onion in butter until wilted. Add mushrooms, cooking over high heat to evaporate all liquid. When mixture is dry, add KC Masterpiece® Cool Ranch BBQ Dip & Top™ Sauce. Mix well. Place hot hamburgers on buns and top each with one-quarter of the mushroom mixture before securing the top of the bun.
