For fast and easy Sloppy Joes, I brown 1-1/2 pounds of ground beef in a high-sided saucepan, breaking up the meat with a potato masher. Drain. Return to medium heat and add a palm full of dried onions, 1/2 bottle of ketchup, 1/2 bottle chili sauce, 1/2 to 3/4 cup water. Heat through and you're done. -- Ronnie P., no state given
