*I came up with this one on my own and we love it. The balsamic vinegar tenderizes the meat and adds flavor and juciness. You'll never make another dry hamburger if you use this recipe.Delicious!
JUICY BURGERS DELUXE
2 pounds ground beef (recommend using beef that is 80% lean and 20% fat) 1/3 cup finely diced onion 1/2 cup good BBQ Sauce (recommend KC Masterpiece) 2 TBSP Balsamic vinegar 1 TBSP Worchestershire Sauce 2 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp fresh ground black pepper 1 tsp lemon pepper seasoning 1 tsp kosher salt 1/2 tsp hickory flavord liquid smoke seasoning
Mix all ingredients together and form into patties. Grill or fry in a large skillet or grill over hot coals, until desired doneness. Top with shredded cheddar cheese if desired. Serve on buns.
