Texas Breakfast Casserole

Texas Breakfast Casserole

1 Can Crescent Rolls
1 lb. roll of sausage, cooked and drained
Fresh Mushrooms, sliced (optional)
12 oz. Monterey Jack Cheese, grated
6 large Eggs, beaten
1 Can Cream Of Onion Soup

Place crescent rolls in a 9x 13 Pyrex dish. Seal all perforations.
Pour sausage, mushrooms and half of the cheese over the rolls.
Mix beaten eggs with cream of onion soup and pour over sausage,
cheese and mushroom mixture. Sprinkle rest of cheese on top.
Refrigerate overnight. Bake for 1 hour in a preheated oven at 350
degrees. If desired, you can also use crumbled bacon or chopped
pieces of ham instead of the sausage.

OOOOH...my boys would like that! I might try that this weekend...only I'll have to leave out the mushrooms, or only put them on half...or Sam won't eat it. Love ya, Coe
