Hearty Lasagna Soup
1# ground beef**1/4 tsp. garlic powder2 cans(14 oz each) Swanson's seasoned beef broth with onion1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes1/4 tsp. dried Italian seasoning, crushed1 1/2 cups uncooked mafalda OR corkscrew pasta1/4 c. grated parmesan cheese
Cook beef with garlic in skillet until browned. Pour off fat. Add broth, tomatoes and Italian seasoning. Heat to a boil.
Stir in pasta. Cook over medium heat 10 minutes or until pasta is done.
Stir in cheese. Serve with additional cheese if desired.
