1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips 2 T. oil 1 1/2 c. KRAFT Barbeque Sauce 1 c. water 1 can (11 oz) whole kernel corn, drained 1 sm. green pepper, chopped 2 c. MINUTE Original Rice, uncooked
1. Brown chicken in hot oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. 2. Stir in barbeque sauce, water, corn and pepper; bring to boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 5 minutes. 3. Stir in rice; cover. Remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes.
Makes 4 servings.
