This was one of my Mom's favorite recipes.

Gwen's Catastrophe

8-10 eggs
Milk to blend
1/2 - 1# sausage**
grated cheese
1/4 - 1/2 c. onion
1 package frozen hashbrowns

Mix eggs, milk and onions.

Brown sausage. Then brown teh hashbrowns in the sausage. Mix all together, pour in baking dish. Sprinkle grated cheese on top.

Bake at 375*F for 35 minutes or until firm.

**Any choice of meats.  I usually use sausage, but like it with lots of bacon sometimes too!
