This is what Judy said: We had an appetizer very similar to this one at "Sammy's Woodfired Pizza" restaurant; it was very pricy, but very good. I created this recipe to try to duplicate that dish. It is very close!
Hot Artichoke, Crab and Shrimp Dip
8 oz. cream cheese, softened 3-4 artichoke hearts in brine or water, chopped fine 6 oz. flaked crab meat 6 oz. cooked shrimp, chopped fine 1/4 c. mayonnaise 3-4 oz. grated Parmesan cheese 1/4 to 1/2 tsp. Old Bay Seasoning (to taste) 1/4 to 1/2 tsp. garlic powder (to taste)
In bowl, mix all ingredients; place in oven-proof dish and bake at 350° until hot and bubbly, approximately 30 minutes.
Serve hot with crackers, toast or grilled pita wedges.
