PINEAPPLE LEMONADE

Makes: 8 servings, about 1 cup each

1 tub CRYSTAL LIGHT Lemonade Flavor Low Calorie Soft Drink Mix
2 cups cold water
1 can (46 oz.) pineapple juice
2 Tbsp. grenadine syrup (optional)
1 can (8-1/4 oz.) pineapple chunks, drained
8 wooden skewers
EMPTY drink mix into large pitcher. Add water; stir until drink mix is completely dissolved. Stir in pineapple juice and granadine syrup. Refrigerate several hours or until chilled.
MEANWHILE, insert pineapple chunks evenly onto skewers; cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
SERVE in 8 tall glasses over crushed ice, if desired. Add 1 pineapple skewer to each glass.
