*This dish is so good, made with only four ingredients. It's simple and just screams Summer! This is a great way to get that corn on the cob taste, without the cob (good for little ones who may have loose teeth!) Put this on a plate with fresh sliced tomatoes...and that's all I need
FRESH CORN OFF THE COB
8-10 ears fresh corn, shucked, desikled and cut from the cob 1/2 stick butter or margarine (butter tastes best) Salt and Pepper to taste.
Melt butter in a large skillet, over medium high heat. Saute corn in butter until corn is tender but not mushy, about 10-15 minutes. Stir often. Salt and Pepper to taste and serve hot!
