Baked Spaghetti Pie

Last night I made BAKED SPAGHETTI PIE and it turned out great. Larry and Sam both raved about it (and as I've mentioned before...my son Sam is a very picky guy)!

I think that next time I'll use more ricotta, because I love the creamy texture of it in the pie. This is so easy. I made it early and just put it in the fridge until I was ready to pop it in the oven. Very convenient. Hope you try this!

I made this tonight and DD (13) said she would have preferred it without the pie crust ...

On a scale of 1-5:

I say about 1/2  LOL - I'm not the cheese person, remember?! A little too much ricotta for me, but other than that it was really good ... kind of a mix between pizza, spaghetti and lasagna!  We had garlic bread with this and then a Chocolate Fudge Pudding Pie (with the extra crust) for dessert (He loves his desserts and said the pie got !!!!!! LOL

Thanks for this Colette ... DH said he wants this again! LOL

Made this Monday night for dinner.

Let's just say....there were no leftovers....David AND the girls BOTH had seconds.  The only reason I did not is because #1 there was none left and #2 I was not feeling well that night.

So gotta give it

I did make one small change.  I did not have enough spaghetti (thought I did...guess should have checked before I went to the store, huh? ), so I used egg noodles.
