Cheeseburger Meatloaf and Sauce

Cheeseburger Meatloaf and Sauce

I made this tonight and I was told by DH that it was probably one of the best meatloaf's I have ever made!  I asked him if it was definately a ?? He said, "No way! Definately a !!!! LOL

We preferred it without the sauce -- kinda bland BUT I used mozzarella and not cheddar. He probably would have liked it better had it been the cheddar!

Thanks again for posting this recipe, Coe!

You are very welcome!

Larry went NUTS over this meatloaf. Now, I have always been meatloaf challenged...probably because I don't really like it (it's a loaf of meat...) but I have to say...I love this meatloaf! It didn't have that funky taste that I remember meatloaf having...it was sooooooo gooood! Even Sam ate some...and he doesn't eat meatloaf!

I think the onions were a bit chunky and crisp...so next time I'll use the food processor to get them smaller. I think that way Sam will eat more of it.

I didn't have mushroom soup so I used cream of chicken and it rocked! I think Velveeta would work well in the sauce, making it even creamier. I'll try that next time. You could even use mexican velveeta for a southwest meatloaf.

Yup...this was deffinately good eats! I'll give it ...out of a possible five
