This turned out really good!! DH and I enjoyed it and I will make it again!


It was sooo simple ... I especially liked the part about not having to soak the beans overnight!! LOL  I always forget to do that.   Even with my small variation with the flavoring, it turned out well.  I even added peeled baby carrots to it towards the last couple of hours (I was too lazy to cut them up! I just threw them in there!!! LOL)

Glad you liked it. I always forget to soak the beans too...that's why I use this method...lol!
