Crab Finger or Shrimp Marinade

3/4 cup olive oil 1/4 cup vinegar Juice of 1/2 lemon 1 teaspoon salt 4 drops Tabasco 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard 1 Tablespoon capers, mashed and drained 1/4 cup finely chopped green onions 1/4 cup finely chopped celery 1 Tablespoon chopped parsley 6 cloves garlic, minced 1/2 teaspoon thyme 1 (15 ounce) can crab fingers or 2 (6 ounce) cans shrimp, drained
Mix all ingredients except crab fingers or shrimp. Add crab fingers or shrimp and marinate at least 24 hours in refrigerator.
Note: Must be prepared 1 day in advance.
