Unbelievable PB Cookies

Okay, I know that it sounds strange that there are only 3 ingredients, but I just got through cooking a batch of these up and they are good!  (I had to cook mine about double the time, so I am thinking that it should have been 16-18 minutes, but am not sure.....it could just be the altitude that I live at.) {I know, that probably explains alot about my 'thinking' LOL}

Unbelievable PB Cookies

1c. peanut butter
1c. white sugar, brown is fine too
1 egg

Mix all together. Drop by the tablespoon full onto a no stick cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 6-8 minutes. Do not over bake.

Makes about 2 1/2 dozen
