CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER SWIRLED FUDGE



Servings: Makes about 1 1/2 pounds

Ingredients
1 (10-ounce)package peanut butter chips
1(14-ounce) can EAGLE BRAND®® Sweetened
Condensed Milk (NOT evaporated milk)
2 Tablespoons butter or margarine
Dash salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
In heavy saucepan, over low heat, melt peanut butter chips with 1 cup EAGLE BRAND®, butter, and salt.
In small saucepan, over low heat, melt remaining EAGLE BRAND® and chocolate chips. Stir until smooth. stir in vanilla extract.
Spread peanut butter mixture evenly into waxed paper-lined 8- or 9-inch square pan. Spoon chocolate mixture over peanut mixture. With table knife or metal spatula, swirl through top of fudge.
Chill 3 hours or until firm. Turn fudge onto cutting board; peel off waxed paper and cut into squares. Store covered in refrigerator.

Ingredients
2 1/2 cups (15 ounces) semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 (14-ounce) can Eagle Brand® Sweetened Condensed Milk (NOT evaporated milk)
1/2 cup chopped macadamia nuts, almonds or pecans, optional
2 teaspoons finely shredded orange peel
Instructions
Line 8-inch square pan with waxed paper, extending paper over edges of pan.
In medium-sized saucepan, melt chips with Eagle Brand®. Remove from heat; stir in nuts if desired and orange peel. Pour into prepared pan. Cool slightly. Cover and chill 2 hours or until firm.
When firm, use waxed paper to lift out of pan. Cut into diamonds or squares. Store tightly covered in refrigerator.

CHOCOLATE SNOWSWIRL FUDGE

Ingredients
3 (6-ounce) packages semi-sweet chocolate chips (3 cups)
1 (14-ounce) can Eagle Brand® Sweetened Condensed Milk (NOT evaporated milk)
4 tablespoons butter or margarine, divided
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
dash salt
1 cup chopped nuts
2 cups miniature marshmallows
Instructions
Melt chocolate chips with Eagle Brand®, 2 Tbsp. butter, vanilla and salt. Remove from heat; stir in nuts. Spread evenly into waxed paper-lined 8- or 9-inch square pan.
Melt marshmallows with remaining 2 Tbsp. butter. Spread on top of fudge. With table knife or metal spatula, swirl through top of fudge.
Chill at least 2 hours or until firm. Turn fudge onto cutting board; peel off waxed paper and cut into squares. Store covered in refrigerator.

1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Instructions

Notes: OTHER GREAT FUDGE FLAVORS:
Chocolate Peanut Butter Chip Glazed Fudge: Proceed as above, stir in 3/4 cup peanut butter chips in place of nuts.
Glaze: Melt 1/2 cup peanut butter chips with 1/2 cup whipping cream; stir until thick and smooth. Spread over fudge.
Marshmallow Fudge: Proceed as above, omit nuts and add 2 tablespoons butter to mixture; fold in 2 cups miniature marshmallows.
Gift Giving Tips:
Create delicious homemade gifts by serving up several varieties of this fudge in decorative tins or boxes. Simply wrap up individual pieces of fudge in colored cellophane, candy wrappers, gold and silver foil or place in candy cups and arrange in gift boxes or bags.

Ingredients
1 (14-ounce) can Eagle Brand® Sweetened Condensed Milk (NOT evaporated milk)
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
2 (6-ounce) packages white chocolate squares or white baking bars, chopped
3/4 cup chopped peanuts
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
Line 8-inch square pan with waxed paper, extending paper over edges; set aside. In large saucepan, heat Eagle Brand® and peanut butter over medium heat until just bubbly, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Stir in white chocolate until smooth. Immediately stir in peanuts and vanilla.
Pour into prepared pan; spread evenly. Cool. Cover and chill 2 hours or until firm. Use paper to lift candy out of pan. Sprinkle with additional chopped peanuts if desired. Cut into squares. Store leftovers covered in refrigerator.

Ingredients
3 (6-ounce) packages premium white chocolate chips (1unces)
1 (14-ounce) can Eagle Brand® Sweetened Condensed Milk (NOT evaporated milk)
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup chopped green candied cherries
1/2 cup chopped red candied cherries
Instructions
Over low heat, melt chocolate with Eagle Brand®, vanilla and salt. Remove from heat; stir in cherries. Spread into foil-lined 8 or 9-inch square pan.
Chill 2 hours or until firm.
Turn fudge onto cutting board; peel off foil and cut into squares. Store covered in refrigerator.

Notes: Rum Raisin White Fudge: Omit vanilla and cherries. Add 1 1/2 teaspoons of white vinegar, 1 teaspoon rum flavoring and 3/4 cup raisins. Proceed as above.
Toasted Nutty White Fudge: Omit cherries. Add 1 cup chopped toasted nuts. Proceed as above.
Tip: Fudge makes a great homemade holiday gift.
